In this post, we are a list of five foods that can help you manage the stress caused by the lockdown in 2020.
1) Whole grains: The best source of carbohydrates for your body. Carbs help increase the serotonin levels in the body, the chemical that works in your body to make you feel better. Focus on adding healthy unrefined carbohydrates to your diet in this lockdown period. Include sweet potatoes if available.

If you do not eat seafood you can supplement them with seaweed, chia seeds, flaxseeds, walnuts or even fish oil can be a good option to include in your food list.
3) Milk: A glass of warm milk just before bed is the perfect night drink to have a good sleep. It has a relaxing effect on the body.
